Supermummy was created out of a genuine respect for mums, like you, and a desire to share what I know to help you. As a mum of three I searched for the ideal work/life balance solution that would allow me to pursue my own interests and ambitions yet still be there for my kids. Setting up an online business made me realise that so many mums out there could really use this too and so it was no longer about me - now it was about us. And now I have a mission to support all you mums out there to be a Supermummy too! Remind yourself of your greater purpose as a mum and challenge yourself to be the best role model for your children. When the going gets tough you have a choice about how you are going to respond to that situation. Now you know that all the strength, courage and determination is within you. Warning: Dont cheat yourself by just reading this book then forgetting about it the next day. It took me too long to realise that only taking action and doing something gets results. Only you can do what you need to do so make a commitment to yourself that you are going to do whatever it takes to get the results you want. Dont mess about anymore. Dont waste time.
